I found something marvelous and interesting, when I watched some of pros' gibos(kifus).
Thus I would like to introduce them one by one.

<Dia.1>
White tries to attact five stones of Black group with a move Q-12 .
By the way, there's one way that Black can survive.
If so, which one will be a vital point of this position? (A~D)
Please try to find the best answer!
<Dia.2>
B: Hu Yaoui 9p / W: Mok Jin Seok 9p (2007/11/29, the 9th Nong Shim Cup)
The White's group of upper right corner got into difficulties.
Still, White's next move was unimaginable and they survived very easily.
So I was really impressed.
If you solve Dia.1 successfully, it will be easier for you to figure out White's next move.
Let's find out the vital point of the second line!
(The answer: R-?)

Black A wants this diagram.
White cannot connect the key stone(P-14, yoseok, kaname-ishi) and Black can survive.
However, White's blocking is quite tough...(Black dies)
Black's got nowhere to run...!
Black B wants White to block with a move 1.
White places a move 1, finally it is the same diagram as a previous one.
Black C cannot escape anywhere, because White 1 and 3 are good moves.
The move 3 and 5 are calm and Black dies.......
The correct answer of Dia.1 was a move D !!
A move D, 2 and 4 are good combinations.
If White tries to cut, Black will hit back and eat them.
They reached a proper settlement.
<Dia.2>
The answer was R-9. The idea of this move was based on Diagram 1.
In many cases, White tries to attach with a move 1.
Up to Black 4, it is still uncertain for White to live.

White can survive by the moves 1~9.
However, White's right side was weakend terribly.
Considering this situation, White placed a move A.
If Black blocks without hesitation, that alters the case.
It's so keen to place a move 8!

There's no need to worry about.
If White exchanges moves 1~5 in advance, Black will retreat with a move 8 with delight.
At the actual game, Black had to retreat with a move 1 and sacrifice a move 3.
Thus White easily survived and took care of a group of right side with a move 8.
Amazing!
*Bonus*
I played my official match today and the result was influenced by the second line.

At the upper left corner,
White cannot connect with a move 2. It leads to pae(ko).
The actual game. I made a large profit here.
The novelty of the second line always impresses me.
The more I try to find it, the less I know it.
Yet I still want to explore upon Baduk board to find something special in my lifetime.
